Jaydi S. Kuba
A TV writer by trade (GOOD TIMES, FAMILY GUY, SALEM, THE JELLIES), Jaydi founded LJM in 2014 after setting up several friends and business associates. Her own husband Dave was a client, and after setting him up on five unsuccessful attempts, she decided to ask him out herself (or as Dave likes to call it, “getting high on her own supply”). She is also a certified date and relationship coach. She and Dave reside in Sherman Oaks with their beloved daughter Rochelle and adorable dog Rambo.

Stemming from her talent agency background, Lauren has always relished making connections for others -- whether it’s brunch buddies, job opportunities, or even marriage! As a development exec and TV producer (Freeform's “Monica the Medium,” OWN's “Checked Inn”), she loves identifying and molding potential talent and romantic matches for clients. What’s more, she lives under the Hollywood sign, got engaged on a Comedy Central show, and recently collaborated on her proudest production yet: her son Gabriel!
