Jaydi S. Kuba

A TV writer with credits on shows from “Family Guy” to “Salem,” Jaydi founded LJM in 2014 after setting up several friends and business associates. Her own husband Dave was a client, and after setting him up on five unsuccessful attempts, she decided to ask him out herself (or as Dave likes to call it, “getting high on her own supply”). The two—now proud parents to their daughter, Rocky—host a podcast together, “Match Made in Hollywood,” which interviews guests along with diving deeper into their very special love story. Lastly, Jaydi is a certified date and relationship coach with a memoir-style book coming out on this very subject, to be published by Avid Reader, Jan. 2026.

Lauren Rosenberg

Lauren’s first foray into matchmaking began in the most Hollywood way possible, as an assistant at WME. She’d play Cupid during lunch breaks at the office, pitching singles to singles like she was packaging a rom-com. Now a talent manager & producer at Mortar Media, she loves guiding talent "by day" AND molding romantic matches "by night". What’s more, she lives under the Hollywood sign and even got engaged on a Comedy Central show. When it comes to love, Lauren doesn’t just believe in a happy ending... she produces it.
